Cubik Innovation is hiring a Business Development Executive who can partner with multiple departments to support our sales strategy and drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that strengthens existing client relationships whilst seeking out new business opportunities to boost revenue and set our company apart.

‍We’re looking for someone who can

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers to create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan and drive growth through new and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship management, networking and attending industry events.
• Qualify leads, manage them through the sales process and convert to a live project.  
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop compelling quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
• Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop strong commercial relationships with new and existing clients and referral partners.
• Identify and successfully harness funding grants to support sales growth.
• Identify and gain access to new or niche market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Executive to coordinate marketing and sales efforts.
• Maintain and effectively utilise the company CRM.
• Engage with customers and key stakeholders at all levels.
• Represent the company responsibly and professionally.

• Experience working in a consultancy environment.
• Excellent understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and flexible approach to your work.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a dynamic work environment.

• £30,000 - £35,000 - we’re keeping an open mind.
